  • —Worry-free Warranty Service Requirements—Precautions

    1. PP-R pipes are prone to aging and degradation under long-term direct exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet radiation. Exposed pipes and fittings must be shielded from light and insulated using aluminum foil or UV-resistant materials;

    2. If you will be away from home for a few days, it is recommended to turn off the main pipe valve. In winter, be sure to drain any remaining water from the pipes;

    3. Protect the piping system to prevent damage during subsequent construction work due to improper operation;

    4. Avoid direct contact between PP-R pipes and organic materials such as asphalt, waterproof coatings, paints, and oil;

    5. Pressure test plugs are for pressure testing only. Replace them with metal plugs if not in use for an extended period to ensure safety;

    6. Regularly inspect heating equipment (such as water heaters) every 2-3 years to prevent high temperature and high pressure from equipment malfunctions from damaging pipes and water-using equipment;

    7. To protect your legal rights, you must request a "Service Certificate" from the pressure testing personnel.

           The water connection points and equipment requirements will not be moved or added to after completion of construction.
